The ControlPoint Contractor and Hazard Control system is for Landlords, Property Managers and Body Corporates who recognise their legal "Duty of Care" responsibilities.

Specifically:

1. Identify - Know at any given point in time who is working on your Site (You have a Primary Duty of Care for the safety and welfare of Workers on your Site) and identify the Hazards
2. Induct - Provide Safe System of Work information and procedures to all Workers on your site and communicate the Controls
3. Control - Have a system of communication to check on the safety of Lone Workers and those in remote locations and validate those that are onsite are duly authorised and appropriately inducted
